I am sending this request under the Freedom of Information Act to ask for the following information:
Having read through your annually published data sets on CNST claims I would like a breakdown for these financial years: 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25. And I would like it broken down for the listed trusts: please refer to the attached PDF).
For each trust, for each financial year I would like the following information:
a) Total number of CNST Claims
b) Total number of obstetrics CNST claims (you can combine CP/BD and Non CP/BD)
c) Total cost of all CNST Claims (Damages, Legal costs, Claimant costs combined)
d) Total cost of all obstetrics CNST claims (Damages, Legal costs, Claimant costs combined)
