1. Please state the total number of CNST Claims brought against Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, where the specialty is ‘Obstetrics’, broken down by financial year.
2. Please state the total cost of CNST Claims brought against Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, where the specialty is ‘Obstetrics’, broken down by financial year, and further broken down by:
a) Damages paid, b) NUH legal costs paid, and c) Claimant legal costs paid
3. Please state the total number of CNST Claims brought against NUH from 1 April 2010 to date, where the specialty is ‘Obstetrics’, broken down by a) Primary Cause and b) Primary Injury.
