I am looking for some updated figures for obstetrics claims. It’s an update to figures we already have received from you, but I can’t attach the pdf to this website.
Relating to the period 2022/23 up until the most recent figures available:
– Number of Clinical Claims and/or Incidents received for Nottingham University Hospital NHS Trust, where the Specialty is ‘Obstetrics’.
– Number and Cost of Clinical Claims Closed with a damages payment or Settled with a periodical payment order for Nottingham University Hospital NHS Trust, where the Specialty is ‘Obstetrics’. Breakdown by year. The data includes the damages and legal costs paid up until the end of each relevant financial year of closure, or for PPO matters, year of settlement.
