Paddy joined NHS Resolution in July 2026 as the Maternity Incentive Scheme (MIS) Coordinator, supporting the delivery of the MIS and helping maternity services engage with national safety and improvement initiatives. Inspired by the collaborative and quality-focused approach of the MIS team, he is passionate about contributing to safer maternity care and supporting stakeholders.
Prior to joining NHS Resolution, Paddy spent over ten years working across oncology services within the Yorkshire and Humber region. During this time, he held a variety of roles, including Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Coordinator and regional Data Coordinator, developing extensive experience in healthcare administration, performance management, data quality, and service coordination. Working within complex healthcare environments gave him a strong understanding of governance processes, stakeholder engagement, and the importance of accurate information in supporting high-quality patient care.
Paddy brings organisational knowledge to the MIS team, with strengths in administrative governance, meeting management, and supporting programmes of work. He is excited to broaden his knowledge of maternity services and contribute to the national patient safety agenda.
Outside of work, Paddy is a keen football fan and lifelong supporter of Sheffield Wednesday. He plays football with a group of friends formed more than a decade ago in Leeds, regularly attends live gigs and has been playing the drums since the age of nine.
