Profile
Disa is Interim Director of Corporate Affairs, with responsibility for policy, strategy, planning, performance and risk, corporate communications, corporate governance and knowledge and information governance. She leads a multidisciplinary team and works across NHS Resolution to connect strategic priorities with delivery, performance, risk and assurance.
Disa joined NHS Resolution in 2020 as a Deputy Director, initially leading membership and stakeholder engagement, before taking on the policy, strategy and communications portfolio. Before joining NHS Resolution, Disa held senior external affairs and regulatory roles in the independent healthcare sector, operating across the UK.
Disa has a particular interest in developing people, organisational culture and continuous improvement. She has completed The King’s Fund Top Managers Programme and is undertaking a coaching apprenticeship.
