I am seeking all documentation linked to the following Consolidation application under Regulation 26A of the NHS (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013 (the Regulations):
Application by Boots UK Ltd to NHS for a Consolidation application into an existing site. The proposed remaining site was Boots the Chemist, 40-46 London Road, East Grinstead, RH19 1AB, the proposed closing site was Boots within Waitrose Ltd, West Street, East Grinstead, RH19 4YZ.
My understanding is that this application was submitted in February 2023. I’d be grateful if all documentation (including application documents) can be emailed to me.
