- The number of claims relating to delayed diagnosis and/or treatment of breast cancer settled by the NHSLA for each of the financial years above.
- The amount of compensation paid on claims relating to delayed diagnosis and/or treatment of breast cancer for each of the financial years above.
- The largest compensation settlement paid for a single claim relating to delayed diagnosis and/or treatment of breast cancer in the history of the NHSLA and when this was settled.
- Average time it took to resolve a claim relating to delayed diagnosis and/or treatment of breast cancer for the years highlighted above
- The hospital trust with the highest number of claims relating to delayed diagnosis and/or treatment of breast cancer against it over the 10 year period covered by the financial years listed above.
