RE: Litigation in cauda equina syndrome cases (CES) – up to date figures
I have been searching for up-to-date figures relating to litigation in CES nationally… but the most recent I can find via Google are from 2018.
I am keen to know:
– Number of claims/cases per year related to diagnosis or treatment of CES;
– Average payout for settlements or litigation related to CES cases for a year closer to 2023.
