I am requesting this information under the Freedom of Information Act. Please could you provide the following:
- The number of CNST Claims and Incidents received in the financial year 2024/25 where any injury is ‘Cerebral Palsy’ or ‘Brain Damage’ and the Specialty is ‘Obstetrics’ or ‘Neonatology’.
Please break down the results by Trust. - As above but broken down by Primary Cause.
- The number and cost of closed CNST Claims in the financial year 2024/25 with a damages payment, where any injury is ‘Cerebral Palsy’ or ‘Brain Damage’ and the Specialty is ‘Obstetrics’ or ‘Neonatology’. Please break down the results by Trust.
- The total number of CNST Claims and Incidents received across the financial years of 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25, where any injury is ‘Cerebral Palsy’ or ‘Brain Damage’ and the
Specialty is ‘Obstetrics’ or ‘Neonatology’. Please break down the results by Trust.
