Please consider the following as a request under the Freedom of Information Act, seeking records on the NHS Trusts below:
- East Midlands NHS Ambulance Service
- Yorkshire NHS Ambulance Service
Please provide me with the following and categorize them in financial years:
1. All separation agreements and settlements reached with past or present hospital staff at these Ambulance Services in relation to child sexual abuse allegations from January 1, 2019 until August 2024 or the last financial year available.
2. A sum of all financial settlements paid by these Ambulance Services to families or alleged victims of child sexual abuse from January 1, 2019, until August 2024 or the last financial year available.
