Please state which 20 legal firms received the most money from the NHSLA in relation to claimant costs for the clinical negligence scheme (CNST)? For each of the 20 firms please state how much money they received in relation to claimant costs for the clinical negligence scheme (CNST) in each financial year? For each firm also please state how many claims this represents, and the damages that were paid in these cases.
2. In total how much money was paid in legal costs in each of these years and how this was divided between NHSLA legal costs and claimants’ legal costs?
Ideally please provide the data tables in the pdf link below, for years 2015/16 to 2019/20, and for the top 20 law firms instead of top 10.
