Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide data regarding personal injury and clinical negligence claims closed against the South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust for the last 5 financial years (up to the most recently completed financial year).
Please break the figures down by financial year into a table with the following columns:
1. Total number of claims closed.
2. Number of claims settled out of court where damages were paid.
3. Number of claims settled at court trial where damages were paid.
4. Number of claims made by employees and patients separately
5. The total damages paid and total claimant legal fees paid for each of those settlement categories.
