I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:
The total number of clinical negligence claims submitted to NHS Resolution involving St Lawrence Surgery, Goring-by-Sea, Worthing, West Sussex, under the Clinical Negligence Scheme for General Practice (CNSGP) since the scheme’s inception in April 2019.
The number of those claims that resulted in a settlement or damages payment.
The total value of any settlements or damages paid, even if provided as a banded or anonymised figure.
