Could you please provide data in response to the following questions:
1.The number of claims against NHS Trusts by NHS staff for personal injury/accidents at work in the last 5 years? Please break down by financial year (2020/2021, 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25) and by cause – for instance, needlestick injuries; slips, trips and falls; faulty equipment; injuries/illnesses caused by inadequate PPE; assault in the workplace; bullying and harassment in the workplace; sexual assault/harassment in the workplace.
a) Can the same information also be broken down by NHS Trust?
b) Can the same information be broken down by injury and/or cause?
