The following information was requested:
I would like to find out how much has been paid out and the number of individual
claims paid in relation to David Fuller, who sexually assaulted the bodies of women and girls in mortuaries run by Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Trust and its predecessors.
Please can I have details of (for each financial year since the compensation began with a breakdown for each year).
The number of claimants, the damages paid, legal fees paid and claimant costs paid.
Is there any outstanding claims to be settled? Is the compensation scheme finished and settled?
