1. Please could you state how many claims for compensation from families of people whose relatives were abused by David Fuller have (a) been settled by you in the (i) 2022/23, (ii) 2023/24 and (iii) 2024/25 financial year and (b) what was the total value of the compensation paid to these families in the (i) 2022/23, (ii) 2023/24 and 2024/25 financial years
2. At the start of the 25/26 financial year how many claims of compensation from families of people whose relatives were abused by David Fuller were lodged with you but were at that point unsettled?
3. Since 1.4.25 how many fresh claims for compensation from families of people whose
relatives were abused by David Fuller were lodged with you?
4. Press reports have suggested that the total cost to the NHS of compensation and legal fees in relation to these cases could be as high as £25million. In responses to this question in previous years it appears the total will be nowhere this this. Could you explain to me if there are any categories of compensation, or avenues in seeking compensation from the NHS that might account for the difference?
