I am interested in ophthalmology as a speciality and for injury: Blindness or Other visual problems as you stated. Please can you include all the Cause codes that come up?

I am looking for the last 10 years of data (so 2012/13-2022/23), if possible split by year, and only for the West Yorkshire area – these are:

• Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust
• Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust
• Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust
• Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
