The following information was requested:
I would like the number of claims Chelsea and Westminster hospital, settled or had to pay compensation for full term babies (>36weeks) who suffered injuries or death as a result of feeding complications and the amount of money which was awarded per case. I would like the type of injury involved and/or the cause of death for each case since 2015 until now 2021. In each case I would also like to know how the baby was fed please.
