NHSR provided me with this breakdown of the estimated £855m covid-related claims. Could I see the documentation related to how the totals expected for covid-19 related CNST, CNSGP, Clinical Negligence Scheme for Coronavirus, Liabilities to Third Parties Scheme and Coronavirus Temporary Indemnity Scheme (£665m, £44m, £79m, £65m and £2m respectively) were arrived at please?
Also, pg.3 of this document ( https://resolution.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/CNSC-When-and-how-to-report-a-claim.pdf ) sets out the reportable matters trusts need to report to NHSR for CNSC. Please provide me with a list of how many matters have been reported, broken down by type and trust.
