The following information was requested:
I would like the yearly totals for i) claimant costs, ii) defence solicitor fees and iii) settlements reached for cases involving a) medical devices and b) medical negligence for treatments provided by the NHS in England 2010-2020 for both successful and unsuccessful claims. A further breakdown by device or treatment where possible would be welcome.
