For the period January 2011 to Feb 2022, may I please have the following information regarding breast surgery claims (including claims that were settled out of court and those settled in court :
Number of breast surgery claims broken down by the type of surgery for example, breast reduction, breast enlargement.
Please state the harm or alleged harm that was caused that the above claims were based on, for example, scarring, nipple misplacement, lack of informed consent, psychological/mental trauma/damage
