For each of the last 10 years, the number of gynaecology (not obstetrics) claims (successful and unsuccessful) submitted to the NHSLA concerning:
1. Unnecessary pain
2. Psychiatric/psychological damage
3. Failure to obtain informed consent
4. Out-patient hysteroscopy (diagnostic and operative)
