– Number of admissions

– Number of Letters of Claims received
– How many SIRI / RCA / Serious Incident reports have you prepared
– Number of claims settled
– Amount of compensation paid out
– Does the hospital have a maternity ward?
– Gender of claimants % (male/female/other)
