I am writing to request the following from NHS Resolution under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:
- A list of NHS trusts which had money recouped from them due to being reverified and downgraded, as described in the paragraph titled ‘Limiting retrospective reverification’ on p12 of NHSR’s annual report (see link: https://resolution.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/MIS-Evaluation-Report.pdf
- Please provide a breakdown of the repayments and which trusts they relate to for the six completed years of the scheme.
