The following information was requested:
I am looking at the breakdown of the claims settled for the fractures missed by the A&E. For example- Wrist fractures, Ankle fractures, Foot fractures, shoulder fractures, Elbow fractures and Forearm fractures. I am also looking for paediatric missed fracture claims.
Can you give me that kind of information for the past 5 years if difficult at least for the past 2-3 yrs)

Include claims related to ‘poor outcome fracture’ injury code as well as ‘fracture’ injury code …please can you provide overview data for all fracture injuries and poor outcome fracture injuries by all specialties as well as highlighting proportion within this dataset that are attributed to radiology and emergency department.
