I am writing to formally request information regarding the legal and pay out costs associated with employee injuries related to the moving and handling of patients for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022.
As part of my ongoing research and commitment to promoting safety and well-being in healthcare settings, I am eager to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the financial impact that injuries incurred during patient moving and handling have had on the NHS during the specified three-year period.
Specifically, I kindly request the following information:
- Pay Out Costs: Please provide the total pay-out costs disbursed by NHS Resolution to employees who suffered injuries while moving and handling patients in the years 2020, 2021, and 2022.
- Legal Costs: Please provide the total legal expenses incurred by NHS Resolution for cases involving employee injuries related to patient moving and handling incidents for each of the years requested (2020, 2021, and 2022).
If possible, could you please provide an outline specifying the NHS trusts from which these costs originate? This information would significantly aid my research.
