The following information was requested:
I am emailing under the Freedom of Information Act to request information regarding claims you have received from FY 2015/16 until FY 2022/23 for obstetrics.
I would like to receive the data in a similar way you publish it in your ‘Factsheet 5’.
These are my requests for obstetrics:
1. Number of CNST and ELS claims settled, the number of these that received a payment, and the total payment, per trust per financial year (not aggregated).
2. Same analysis as before (number of CNST and ELS claims settled, the number of these which received a payment, and the total payment), but with the aggregated results for the last 5 financial years (FY17/18 to FY 22/23)
3. A split per ICB (or CCG for previous years), by financial year (not aggregated), from FY 2015/16 until FY 2022/23 broken down by primary injury (please include all), including damages and legal costs paid.
4. Same analysis as before (split per ICB per primary injury), but with the aggregated results for the last 5 financial years (FY17/18 to FY 22/23)
5. A split per ICB (or CCG for previous years), by financial year (not aggregated), from FY 2015/16 until FY 2022/23 broken down by primary cause (please include all), including damages and legal costs paid.
6. Same analysis as before (split per ICB per primary cause), but with the aggregated results for the last 5 financial years (FY17/18 to FY 22/23)
