Under the specialty code ‘Orthopaedic Surgery’, I would like to search all cause codes and all injury codes from financial year 2017/18 to financial year 2022/23 (5-year period).
I would greatly appreciate the provision of data in this search pertaining to the clinical claim, non-clinical claim, claimant costs, defence costs, damages paid, incident date/year, notification date/year, incident description field, location, periodical payment order, and unsuccessful claims.
