I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to please request the following information relating to paediatric claims. Please provide the following information:
- The number of clinical negligence claims received for financial years 2021-22 through to 2024-2025 relating to paediatrics. Please provide the information broken down by individual NHS Trust and by injury category if possible.
- The number of settled claims relating to paediatrics by financial year for the years 2021-2022 through to 2024-2025. Please provide the settlement amounts as well as the information by Individual NHS Trust and by injury category if possible.
