Please can you provide the number of court and out-of-court settlements (specifying which is which) issued by United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) for the full calendar year of 2021 and up until the end of March in 2022? ULHT have previously told me that this type of freedom of information request needs to be sent to NHS Resolution who hold the data.

The following information was requested:
I am analysing the data that you sent to me about the four specialties, Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedics and Gynaecology. I am comparing this with the data that I have in urology that you sent to me previously. I do not have the urology data from 2020/2021, as my previous request for urology data was before these dates.
To enable me to include urology and compare it to the other four specialties I need to ask you for the data for the year, 2020/2021, the number of cases, the causes and the numbers that were settled with and without compensation. I would be most grateful if you could send me this information.

For the last five years which NHS Trusts in England have settled the most obstetrics claims against them.
With the following injury codes: Wrongful Birth; Cerebral Palsy; Erb’s Palsy.
For each of these trusts please provide: the name of the trust and the number of claims settled and the total value of damages (associated costs). If you are able to provide a breakdown by specialty; a breakdown by primary injury that would also be appreciated.
