NHSR provided me with this breakdown of the estimated £855m covid-related claims. Could I see the documentation related to how the totals expected for covid-19 related CNST, CNSGP, Clinical Negligence Scheme for Coronavirus, Liabilities to Third Parties Scheme and Coronavirus Temporary Indemnity Scheme (£665m, £44m, £79m, £65m and £2m respectively) were arrived at please?
Also, pg.3 of this document ( http://resolution.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/CNSC-When-and-how-to-report-a-claim.pdf ) sets out the reportable matters trusts need to report to NHSR for CNSC. Please provide me with a list of how many matters have been reported, broken down by type and trust.

Use of vials or ampoules and pre-filled syringes
The following information was requested:
I would like to obtain specific information relating to the use of vials, ampoules, and pre-filled syringes in the preparation of medicines and medication errors within NHS England.
We are interested in receiving the following information for each year in the period from 2018 to 2021 (please include total and year-by-year breakdown):
a. The number of recorded cases of medication errors and adverse drug events resulting from medicines prepared from vials and ampoules.
b. The number of recorded cases of medication errors and adverse drug events where a medicine in a pre-filled syringe was used.
Bedsores or Pressure Sore
The following information was requested:
Previously you provided a response to a FoI request [FoI_3623] into the number and amount of compensation paid to people who sued after suffering from bed sores. Could you please answer the following questions and provide the data on the same basis and in the same format as the previous FoI inquiry.
1. In the (i) 2018/19, (ii) 2019/20, (iii) 2020/21 financial years how many patients successfully claimed damages after claiming that they suffered bedsores as a result of negligent treatment at the hands of the NHS?
2. What was the total amount of damages paid as a result of these claims?
3. How many patients who successfully claimed for bedsores also claimed for an amputation as a result of a consequence of suffering bedsores?
Please note the question relates to the year the payment was made irrespective of when the incident happened or when the claim was lodged.
