Please could you state how many cases you have settled in the total of the last four financial years (2016/17) (2017/18) (2018/19) and (2019/20) under the clinical negligence scheme where the case has been brought against the NHS 111 service and the total compensation paid out for those claims?
Please also provide a breakdown of (i) both the injury code and (ii) the cause code for all of these successful claims in the last four years.

Full term babies and feeding complications
The following information was requested:
I would like the number of claims Chelsea and Westminster hospital, settled or had to pay compensation for full term babies (>36weeks) who suffered injuries or death as a result of feeding complications and the amount of money which was awarded per case. I would like the type of injury involved and/or the cause of death for each case since 2015 until now 2021. In each case I would also like to know how the baby was fed please.
Hospital Acquired Infection
The following information was requested:
1. Please provide me with a table showing how many successful claims were lodged against each individual NHS hospital trust for the total of the last ten financial years (2008/09 to 2019/20 inclusive) where one of the injury codes was a hospital acquired infection. Only include trusts where there were ten successful claims or more.
2. For the ten hospital trusts with the most claims please state what the total amount of damages was that were awarded to the patients for those ten years from each of those trusts.
3. Please could you provide me with a breakdown of payments made under the CNST scheme where injury 1, 2 or 3 is for Hospital Acquired Infection (HAI) for 2019/20? This should include the number of successful claims, the damages paid and the costs for both defendant and claimant.
4. Please provide details of the 3 largest compensation payouts in the last financial year (2019/20) where a payment was made under the CNST scheme where injury 1, 2 or 3 is for
Hospital Acquired Infection (HAI).
