Erb’s Palsy
The following information was requested:
I would like to request information on number and value of claims over the past 20 years for obstetric brachial plexus palsy (also called Erb’s palsy), including trends over time. I would also like information on a per hospital/per region basis. I would also like to request information on details of the claims including what is being claimed for e.g. damages, ongoing care etc.
