The following information was requested:

Please may you provide me, in Microsoft Excel or an equivalent electronic format, with a list of non NHS trade invoices that were not paid within 30 days for the last 6 financial years which would feed into the Regulation 113 Notice you are required to publish each year as part of your obligations under The Public Contracts Regulations 2015, with the following information for each invoice (where available):

  • The name of the Supplier
  • Supplier email address
  • Supplier company registration number

Usage of Employment Agencies (FOI_6021)

The following information was requested:

  1. For the use of agencies, please can you confirm if the NHS Resolution works under, Non-Clinical Temporary and Fixed Term Staff CCS Framework RM6160 and the new CCS Non-Clinical Staffing Framework Agreement RM6277.
  2. Please can you confirm the list of agencies that have supplied to the company under the framework through the dates of January 2022 – December 2022.
  3. For the same 12-month period, please can you provide the list of agencies that have supplied to you staff outside of the framework CCS Framework RM6160 .
  4. Please outline your spending per agency, broken down by grade and speciality of roles or lots department for the above time period.
  5. Please can you confirm on what occasions you would look to go outside of the framework for roles as below;

The following information was requested:

How many clinical negligence claims involving amputation were paid out by the NHSLA in theyear 2021/22 what was the monetary value of payments made against those claims,irrespective of when the claim was made? For each amputation please list the body part or limbinvolved. Please give the three NHS Trusts against whom the most successful claims were paidout in 2021/22 and how many claims related to each of those trusts.
  2. How many clinical negligence claims involving blindness were paid out by the NHSLA in theyear 2021/22 and what was the monetary value of payments made against those claims,irrespective of when the claim was made?   3.
