1. The total number of complaints or claims handled by NHS Resolution in each year, broken down by complaint or claim category where available.
2. Aggregated data showing the number of complaints or claims handled by NHS Resolution, broken down by Primary Medical Qualification (PMQ) location and year. For clarity, PMQ location refers to the country or region in which the clinician obtained their primary medical qualification.
3. The number of cases handled by NHS Resolution that were referred to the General Medical Council (GMC) in each year during this period.
4. Aggregated data for cases referred to the GMC, broken down by Primary Medical Qualification (PMQ) location and year.
