Having read your annual report there is very little information on your Practitioner Performance Advice service compared to other services.
- Can you give me a breakdown between NHS trusts, dentists and pharmacists that used the service in the last financial year?
- Has the service ever been audited to look at its effectiveness and what were the results?
- Has the NHSR board discussed the risk of relying on managers unilateral claims …and if so, provide evidence.
- How many audits have the NHSR conducted about impact on therapists…and when. how many therapists were involved in such study
- Has the NHSR audited and when and what is the evidence, as to how many doctors have committed suicide or had marriage or mental breakdown after actions supported by the PPA service.
- Have they audited how many managers confirm adherence to transparency?
