The following information was requested:
I would be grateful if you could make available to me information regarding the incidence of claims arising from undiagnosed insufficiency fractures throughout England going back as far as records are kept (15 years would be adequate). For the sake of clarity, I am not asking about general fractures but the type of stress fracture where normal stresses cause fracture on abnormal bone – I want to exclude fatigue and pathological fractures.

My first request said about leaving out fatigue and pathological fractures could we include these after all please but maybe listed separately if possible.
