1. The annual spend you sent in your latest email also states the renewal date which is the same as the renewal dates provided within the first response, can you please check this?
2. The response provided for the contract description for each WAN contract is not sufficient, not sure how many times I have to mention that the terms used is too vague.
3. The Trust mentions within the previous email that broadband and WAN services “are not utilised in the same manner.” this is correct but broadband services are on the network same as the WAN facilities, so please provide me with the supplier name next to each of the renewal dates and spend for each WAN contract?
