Please note that in order to find a relevant decision for a particular application type users should enter specific wording rather than the regulation number.  For example “Current Need” for regulation 13 or “Unforeseen Benefit” for regulation 18.

26157: Application to open a pharmacy in Guildford

26145: Application to change pharmacy opening hours

26170: Application to withdraw from the Dental Performers List

Function: Performers list management ICS/ICBS Region: North West

Decision making body: NHS England/ICB

In a letter to NHS Resolution dated 29 February 2024, NHS England – North West requested consent for Dr # (“the Performer”) to voluntarily withdraw from the Dental Performers List (the “List”). The letter stated the background to the case and gave reasons as to why consent to withdraw should be considered, along with an email from the Performer agreeing to be removed from the Performers List.

26131: Dispute regarding payment of childhood immunisations

The Contractor referred the dispute in relation to its General Medical Services Contract for dispute resolution under the provisions of Regulation 82 of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”).
