Please note that in order to find a relevant decision for a particular application type users should enter specific wording rather than the regulation number.  For example “Current Need” for regulation 13 or “Unforeseen Benefit” for regulation 18.

26077: Appeal against a Pharmacy Breach Notice

A Breach Notice dated 21 August 2023 was sent to Medicure Pharmacy in respect of Medicure Pharmacy, 107 Turnball Drive, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE3 2JW.

26082: Application to relocate a pharmacy in Salford

Function: Pharmaceutical (under 2012 & 2013 regulations) ICS/ICBS Region: North West

Decision making body: NHS England/ICB Pharmaceutical contractor (entry): BAQRX Limited

By application dated 16 January 2023, BAQRX Pharma Ltd (“the Applicant”) applied to relocate premises from the pharmaceutical list of Manchester Health and Wellbeing Board to the pharmaceutical list for Salford Health and Wellbeing Board’s area. The application was in respect of a relocation that does not result in a significant change to pharmaceutical services provision under Regulation 24 from Unit 2, 27 Woolley Street, Cheetham Hill, Manchester M8 8WE to 35 Hankinson Way, Salford M6 5JA.
