NHS England considered the discontinuation of arrangements for the provision of pharmaceutical services by dispensing doctors, following the decision to approve Banns Pharmacy application to open a pharmacy in Bugle, Cornwall (A391 from Rockhill Business Park to the junction with the B3374).
26053: Application to amend pharmacy opening hours
The Applicant has applied to the Commissioner to change the days and times at which it is obliged to provide pharmaceutical services at the above premises. The Applicant seeks to keep the total number of core opening hours the same while offering a different distribution of these hours during the week.

26061: Application for a combined pharmacy change of ownership and relocation in London
By application dated 15 November 2022, Medicine Box (Holborn) Ltd (“the Applicant”) applied to NHS England (now NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board (ICB) with a combined application for a change of ownership and relocation to 77 Southampton Row, London WC1B 4ET. The proposed relocation is within a HWB area and it was claimed does not result in significant change to pharmaceutical services provision. The application concerns Superdrug Stores plc’s pharmacy at 232 High Holborn, London WC1V 7DA.
