We offer free and impartial advice to manage and resolve performance concerns of doctors, dentists and pharmacists. Where a clinical performance or behavioural assessment might aid the resolution of the performance concern, these may be requested. Services include, but are not limited to:

3. Primary care appeals

We ensure the prompt and fair resolution of appeals and disputes between primary care contractors (including GPs, dentists, opticians and pharmacists) and NHS England. Services include, but are not limited to:

We draw upon claims data in order to learn from claims. We then share learnings across the health service nationwide to assist and encourage pre-emptive action and improvement. This includes publishing and collaborating on reports, reviews, booklets, leaflets, videos, podcasts and web content, a number of which are listed in our Resources section below, focused on primary care resources.
