Henrietta joined NHS Resolution as an Associate Safety and Learning Lead for Midlands and East in January 2024.

Henrietta graduated in 2017 with a BSc (Hons) in Midwifery and holds a MSc with Distinction in Quality and Patient Safety Improvement from the University of Nottingham. She started her career working clinically in Birmingham, where she worked predominantly on labour wards caring for high-risk women and their families.

Following this Henrietta went on to work across the Midlands and London, in Patient Safety roles. Within these roles Henrietta particularly enjoyed supporting organisations to promote best clinical practice, manage their risk profile and share organisational learning from Patient Safety Incidents. She also led on successful Quality Improvement Projects to improve patient safety, most recently supporting Quality Improvement Methodology to support the Reduction of Major Obstetric Haemorrhages.

Henrietta has a particular interest in the patient voice and its contribution to Patient Safety Culture. She is always keen to learn of patient experience and how this can support learning and Improvement within NHS Trust’s. Henrietta is fascinated by the evolution of Patient Safety and Culture within the NHS and enjoys working with NHS Staff to learn from Claims to support continuous improvement.
