I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from you. Please may you provide me with:
1. The number of settled claims, broken down by the ethnicity of the medical practitioner responsible (where applicable) between the years 2012-2023.
2. The costs associated with claims by ethnicity – i.e. a breakdown of total damages and legal fees, by ethnicity 2012-2023.
3. The number of settled claims against international medical graduates between the years 2012-2023.
4. The costs associated with settled claims against international medical graduates- as before, total damages and legal fees paid 2012-2023.
