Published NHS Resolution figures suggest that Clinical Negligence payments have risen to around £2.6bn in 2022/23 from £1.3bn in 2012/13 [1,2,3].

I would like to be provided with all information produced during 2023 that is held by NHS Resolution and refers to the reasons, or potential reasons, for the rise in the level of those payments.
