The following information was requested:
In … a qualified pharmacist … applied to open a dispensing chemist in the village of Monkton, South Ayrshire.KA9 2QJ … Over the last 8 years a company called Burns Pharmacy also known as Toll pharmacy located in Ayr Road Prestwick has taken task at the opening of this community asset. As a result, there has been 3 legal challenges that have went to the Court of Session instigated by The Toll Pharmacy. The last one last month was dismissed by the judge.
I am trying to establish how much money the NHS has had to spend on defending these actions by the Toll Pharmacy that could have been used to a better use. The Toll Pharmacy already has a massive slice of money from the NHS for services that it provides.
My request is simple.
I wish to know how much the NHS has spent in defending these actions.
