Following my previous requested dated 17th June, [FOI_7278_Blindness_Pressure-Sores.pdf] I am now requesting the total number of clinical negligence claims paid out where the primary injury is blindness and the total sum of settlement amounts relating to these claims. Please provide this information for claims settled in the financial year 2024-25. Please provide this data broken down by year financial and by individual NHS trust.
Please also provide the total number of clinical negligence claims settled where the primary injury was pressure sores and the total sum of settlement amounts relating to these claims.
