The following information was requested:
Can i request a data extract of all CNST settled claims for York and Scarborough
hospital TRUST and 5 other trusts of a similar size. Can I have the data shown per speciality for the past 3 years please.
For the other trusts, if I could get data for the following:
• Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust
• Harrogate & District NHS Foundation Trust
• Hull University teaching Hospital Trust
• Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust
If we could get the number of claims, and cost information broken down by
speciality that would be great.
