In a previous FoI response [FoI: 5769] you provided a series of tables on various causes of personal injury to NHS staff and the value of those claims made under employers’ liability.
Two of the tables (Table 7 and Table 12) referred specifically to injury claims arising from slips, trips and falls.
Could you now provide me with a similar table to Table 7 but showing data for each of the following financial years: (2020/21) (2021/22) (2022/23) (2023/24) and (2024/25).
Could you also now provide me with a similar table to Table 12 but showing just the 20 organisations where there were the most payouts made in the five year period covering the following financial years (2020/21) (2021/22) (2022/23) (2023/24) and (2024/25).
