NHS Resolution’s purpose is to provide expertise to the NHS on resolving concerns fairly, share learning for improvement and preserve resources for patient care.
Our annual customer survey is now live. We would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes out of your busy schedules to give us your views. The feedback from the survey shapes our services for members, customers and stakeholders. The closing date for the survey is Friday 14 February 2020.
It has been as exciting year for us. Our engagement with key system organisations is raising awareness of our areas of focus and is generating opportunities for joint working to meet shared priorities. Some of the activity undertaken as a result of the previous survey includes delivering seven regional claims forums in response to more face-to-face engagement requests from Clinical Negligence Scheme for Trusts (CNST) members. Speaker slots and exhibiting at external conferences are helping raise awareness of NHS Resolution and our importance in the healthcare system. We have delivered seven regional engagement events to showcase our service offer for primary care. Also, our Practitioner Performance Advice service have streamlined clinical performance and behavioural assessment services, allowing us to deliver more focused assessments in a much reduced time.
The perceptions and views of our stakeholders are important to us and will help to shape our services going forward.
